Instead of coming to our practice for frequent adjustment appointments, you can progress through Invisalign® treatment by simply switching to a new set of aligners. This makes Invisalign® treatment easy to fit around a busy school schedule.

Best yet, Invisalign® clear aligners are removable, so they won’t affect meals or regular oral hygiene routines. This makes Invisalign® treatment an easy transition into the world of orthodontics.

Invisalign^® for teens

Invisalign® treatment for teens is exactly like our adult Invisalign® treatment - with one difference. The aligners in our teen treatment come with blue wear indicators to help remind our patients to wear their aligners for the recommended 22 hours a day.

Beyond that, teens can take their aligners out for eating and important events as needed. Luckily, this treatment won’t affect sport or musical instrument practise, and even when worn, the aligners are virtually invisible, so teens can smile freely all throughout treatment.

Invisalign^® for children

There is an Invisalign® treatment made specifically for children aged 7 to 11 called Invisalign® First. Invisalign® First aligners help direct the growth of a child’s jaws so they have room in their mouth for all their current and incoming teeth.

Invisalign® First is a gentle introduction to orthodontic treatment. Because the aligners are made from smooth plastic, they won’t bother your child’s cheeks and gums. Early treatment with Invisalign® First can reduce the length (and need) of treatment with braces as a teenager.
