Having braces doesn’t mean you have to have a “tin grin.” Dr. Crotty uses Eurapix lingual braces, which attach to the lingual side (tongue side) of your teeth. These appliances are suitable for use by adults and also by teenagers, who may worry about the aesthetic nature of regular metal braces.
Eurapix braces are also custom-fit for your teeth and treatment plan. While the fronts of your teeth are fairly consistent, the back side of each tooth has its own distinctive shape. Thus, each bracket base must be manufactured for each individual patient.
The brackets are the smallest – 1.5mm – and the wires no longer have any bends in them. Both of these new features have eliminated tongue irritation usually associated with lingual braces.
You can receive the dramatic results of orthodontic treatment without anyone knowing, as the braces are virtually unnoticeable! Ask us if Eurapix lingual braces are right for you!
